Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is hiring an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Fairless Hills, PA. In this role, you’ll play an important part in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing materials for shipment, and supporting the movement and accountability of valuable materials throughout our operation.

Schedule

This is a 2nd Shift position, but we want to make sure you are set up for success.

Training: Approximately 3 months on 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Regular Shift After Training: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
  • Prepare materials and documentation for refiner shipments
  • Create and process inventory transactions, pick lists, blends, remelts, preblends, and premelts
  • Reconcile inventory and investigate discrepancies
  • Support shipping preparation and coordinate with Logistics
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting reports
  • Help ensure materials are properly accounted for throughout the process
  • Follow established safety, environmental, and inventory control procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
  • 4+ years of inventory control, warehouse, materials management, shipping/receiving, or related manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience with inventory systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing setting
